Single sign-on (SSO) is a user authentication tool that enables users to securely access multiple applications and services using just one set of credentials. CloudFon CloudCX SSO allows your agents to sign in to CloudFon CloudCX using a third-party application. That way your team can move between different tools and doesn't have to remember multiple sets of login credentials.
Step by Step Instructions
（1）Log in to your Cloudfon CX CloudCX Control Panel.
（2）Click Edit Profile icon, then the following pop-up will appear:
