A widget is a set of configurations that define the style of your chat button and visitor side windows. One widget has its specific widget code.
CloudCX allows you to create and deploy multiple widgets. This enables you to offer personalized support to your customers.
For example, the support experience on your ‘product listing’ page may need to be different from the one on your order tracking page. Similarly, if you operate multiple brands, the support experience for each of them needs to be unique.With multiple widgets, customers can have unique experiences on different pages, tailored to their needs at the time. Let’s look at how to set up and manage multiple widgets on CloudCX.
Step by Step Instructions
(1)Log in your CloudCX.
(2)In the left navigation bar, go to Omni Widget > My Widget, and then click Default Widget.
(3)Click “Manage”
(4)If you want to create your own Omnichannel Widget, click”Add”, and then fill in your Widget Name and Description.
(5)If you want to edit Omnichannel Widget: click”Edit” icon, and then fill in Widget Name and Description.
(6)Click “delete” icon, you can delete this Widget.
