The Chat Button sits on your homepage and provides your visitors the option to chat with your agents and get responses to their queries. You can make the Chat Button available to your visitors when your agents are online and gray when they are not available.
Step by Step Instructions
(1)Log in your CloudCX.
(2)In the left navigation bar, go to Omni Widget> My Widget. Select a Widget from the My Widget drop-down list,
(3)Go to Widget Design>Button.
(4)Choose the Color of Chat Button.
(5)You can upload your own design to use as the icon inside the adaptive chat button. The supported formats is SVG and the maximum file size is 20 KB.
(6)Choose the float position (Offset from right and bottom) from the list and define an accurate offset in pixels.
(7)You can also set Advanced options.
Display chat button on specified domains/URLs only:Webpages that follow the same domain path will also be included. For example, if you list the URL “http://www.adomain.com/example” here, all web pages whose URLs start with this domain will be included. The option only works for the websites and pages that already have websites and pages that already have CloudCX Live Chat code implemented on them.
(8)Click Save. Click Live Preview button, you can view Preview.
