The system notification center can help you receive notifications from the system in a timely manner, and can provide early warning and processing for different situations.

Step by Step Instructions

(1)Log in to your Cloudfon CX Control Panel.

(2)From the left navigation menu, go to Global Settings > Notification Center.

  • In the All tab, In the All tab, displays all notifications received;

  • In the Have Read tab, displays notifications that have been read;

  • In the Unread tab, displays notifications that have not been read yet;

  • In the Recycle Bin tab, displays notifications that have been deleted;

Click Mark as Read, the notifications you selected will become read.

Click Mark all as Read, all unread notifications will become read.

Note: Notifications with a blue mark in front are unread notifications.

The level represents the urgency of the notification, and there are three levels: Normal, High, Urgent.

Click the subject of the notification to enter the notification details page, on the notification details page, you can directly view the previous or next notification, or click "Return" to return to the notification list.

You can also click the notification icon to view notification information faster.

Enable this feature to show only unread notifications in this window.

Click this icon,it will jump to the notification center page, or you can click on a specific notification to jump to the details page of the notification.
