Single sign-on (SSO) is a user authentication tool that enables users to securely access multiple applications and services using just one set of credentials. CloudFon SSO allows your agents to sign in to CloudFon using a third-party application. That way your team can move between different tools and doesn't have to remember multiple sets of login credentials.

You can log in to the CloudFon by Office 365/Gmail account directly.

If you are connecting through the login page for the first time, you will need to bind a proxy account after connecting to the third-party application.

Click here for more information about SSO settings.

Note: You can connect to Google and Office365 only when the system admin has configured it.
