  • A widget is a set of configurations that define the style of your chat button and visitor side windows. One widget has its specific widget code.

  • With CloudFon Omni-Widget, you can put a chat button onto multiple webpages by installing the same widget code onto all your webpages. If you want to put buttons of different looks onto different websites/webpages, you need to create multiple widgets and then add different codes of the widgets to the corresponding websites or webpages.

  • To do this, you need to first enable the Multiple widgets feature, create new widgets, customize the widget based on the style of the website/webpage, get and paste the code of the widget to the webpage.

Step by Step Instructions

(1)Log in your CloudFon CX.

(2)In the left navigation bar, go to Omnichannel Widget > My Widget, and then click Default Widget.
