You are now ready to browse through the Widget menu and create a complete package of how the chat button and window should look, what details you wish to collect before beginning a chat, details that you wish to save after the chat ends, customize a survey to collect feedback, set up the language that you wish to use, configure your routing rules, and so forth.

Step by Step Instructions

  1. Log in your CloudFon Contact Center.

  2. In the left navigation bar, go to Omnichannel Widget > My Widget, and then click Default Widget.

  1. Click “Manage”

  1. If you want to create your own Omnichannel Widget, click”Add”, and then fill in your Widget Name and Description.

  1. If you want to edit Omnichannel Widget: click”Edit” icon, and then fill in Widget Name and Description.

  1. Click “delete” icon, you can delete this Widget.
