1.1.1 Account Login

CloudCX enables users to log in using the correct Company Name, Account, and Password. Depending on the account's role, users can access either the Admin Panel or the Agent Panel.

If the user has an Agent role, they will be directed straight to the agent panel upon logging in.


Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. As a new user, you will receive an email with your account details. From the email, you can obtain the essential login credentials, including Login URL, Company Name, Login Username, Login Email, and Login Password.

  1. Open the browser and input the Login URL CloudCX installation domain to enter the login page.

  1. Input the below essential login credentials, and click on “Sign in” to enter the system.

Note: "Account" can fill in Login User Name or Email.

  • Password: Password is used to verify identity and protect account security. Your system administrator sets the initial password. If you forget the password, you can reset your password by the system administrator or yourself, you can find more details about Agents Management9.1.1 Agents Management | View&Edit&Delete Agent & Forgot Password1.1.4 Forgot password.

  • The user with Admin role will enter the Admin Console.

  • The user with Agent role will enter the Agent Panel.

Actions

Language

The system default language is set when the company is created, and it works for all users of the company. You can click on “image-20240904-072952.png“ to change the system language for yourself.

Forgot Password

If you forget the password, you can click on “Forgot Password” to reset your password, you can find more details about Forgot Password1.1.4 Forgot password.

Sign in with Google

If the login page displays the Google icon, that means you can log in to the system with your Google account by clicking on “Sign in with Google”, you can find more details about SSO 1.1.3 SSO.

Sign in with Office 365

If the login page displays the Office 365 icon, that means you can log in to the system with your Office 365 account by clicking on “Sign in with Office 365”, you can find more details about SSO 1.1.3 SSO.

 

Terms of Service

You can click on “Terms of Service” to view and check the website’s Terms of Service.

Privacy Policy

You can click on “Privacy Policy” to view and check the website’s Privacy Policy.
