System Data Backup
System backups will place the system into maintenance mode, making it inaccessible throughout the backup process. Upon completion of the backup, the system will return to normal operation.
The duration of the backup may range from a few minutes to several hours, primarily influenced by the volume of data being processed. It is recommended to schedule backups during off-peak hours at night to reduce any inconvenience to users.
There are two types of data backups: files that are automatically backed up by the backup policy and are identified as “R” in the list, and files that are manually backed up and identified as “L” in the list.
Click Set Automatic Backup Policy to set the backup cycle, backup time, and number of backup files, exceeding the quantity range will be automatically cleared.
You can also click the “Back Up” button to make a manual backup.
