This guide will help you get quickly started with installing and deploying the CloudFon CX system to suit your needs. Work through each section step by step and once you have worked through the guide, you'll be ready to launch the CX system.

Step 1: Before started, you should also have knowledge of the Linux, and prepare TLS certificate. To learn more on prerequisite, see this article.

Step 2: Prepare one Linux host machine and install the CloudFon CX system. To learn more on installation, see this article.

Step 3: Use the browser to access the web portal. The first time login, you need to fill in some necessary information for system initialization. To learn more on initialization, see this article.

Step 4: We strongly recommend the configuration of Email Server, to send relevant email notifications to administrators. To learn more on configuring steps, see this article.

Step 5: Build connector hub to configure the application integration, including social channels, CRM, file server and so on, which will help your users get easier account authorization when operation. To learn more on integration, see this article.

Step 6: Our CX system is a multi-tenant system that allows you to create and manage multiple tenants, each of which is isolated in data. To learn more on creating tenants for your customers, see this article.

Step 7: After looking through the guides of Admin user and Agent user, then users can start an exciting journey~
