This guide is designed to help you learn what to install to get Cloudfon CX Onmi-Widget running on your website.
Installing Cloudfon CX Onmi-Widget on your website is the first step to get Onmi-Widget up on your website. To start, you’ll need to get the code from your Cloudfon CX account and then paste the code right before the closing in your website’s HTML files.
You can use our default code widget or have a custom one according to your needs.
How to install your code
（1）Log in to your Cloudfon CX control panel.
（2）In the left navigation bar, go to Omnichannel Widget >My Widget. Select a Widget from the My Widget drop-down list
（3）Go to Install Code.
If you have multiple widgets, you should choose the right one from the My Widget drop-down list.
By default, the Installation page containing the code to install the Live Chat appears.
（4）Please copy and paste the code into your website code before the closing </body> tag.
（5）Or you can click email your code to your webmaster to send the code to your mail.
If you are not familiar with coding or do not have access to your website's source code, please email the widget code to your webmaster or the one who built your site for help.
（6）Click Live Preview button, you can preview widget.
