Offline message that is left by visitors when the status of chat button is offline.
Step by Step Instructions
（1）Log in to your Coludfon CX control panel.
（2）From the left navigation menu, go to Omnichannel Widget > History > Offline message.
（3）Set the filter conditions to get your messages.
（4）Click the Details icon to view the message.
