Add Queue

  1. Log in to your Cloudfon CX control panel.

  2. From the left navigation menu, go to People > Chat Queue.

  3. Click Add.

  1. On the New Department page, enter theĀ Name and theĀ Description to identify the department. And you can add required agents to the queue.

  1. Then, click Save.
