By default, the transcripts are sent from Cloudfon CX mail servers. SMTP server information may appear in the email depending on the recipient’s mail service provider. To prevent the Cloudfon CX server from showing, you can use your own SMTP server. Using your own SMTP server also allows you to track statistics such as email delivery rate and open rate.
Step by Step Instructions
Log in to Cloudfon CX Control Panel.
From the left navigation menu, go to Global Settings > Custom SMTP Servers.
Click Add.
Input Name, Email, Mail Server, Encrypted Type, Port.
Turn on Require authoriation, if needed, then input Username and Password.
Click Test, test if successed.
Click Save.
