  1. Log in to the Cloudfon CX Control Panel.

  2. From the left navigation menu, go to Contact > Contact Group.

Add

Click Add icon,

enter Contact Group Name, then click Add,

select desired agent, then click Add.

Edit

Click Edit icon, edit contact group.

Delete

Select desired contact group, click Delete icon, Delete the group.
