When configuring the SSO application, both you and your agents will have the capability to access the platform through a third-party application. This simplifies the login process for your team, enabling them to transition smoothly between different tools without having to manage multiple sets of login credentials.


SSO Application--Google

  1. Login to https://console.cloud.google.com/welcome/new

  2. Select a Project, to click OAuth consent screen.

  1. Fill in App name, User support email, application home page and Email Address, then click SAVE AND CONTINUE.

 

  1. Click ADD OR REMOVE SCOPES.

  1. Select Scopes.

  1. Complete configuration

  1. Click Credentials.

  1. Click create credentials, and then click OAuth client ID.

  1. Select Application type, then fill in Name, Authorized JavaScript origins and Redirect URIs

Note: Authorized redirect URIs can be obtained in CX system.

  1. Obtain the Client ID and Client secret.

  1. Enter the Client ID and Client secret, and click Save to complete the configuration.

Single Sign-On Using

  1. Click User Avatar, and select Edit Profile > Security Setting

  2. Select Google and click Connect button..

  3. If you have been bound to the Google account, you can log in the platform by Google account directly.

Note: When accessing for the first time, if you log in via the login page instead of the User Settings, you will be required to link an account once you establish a connection with a third-party application.

SSO Warning Message

If no Single Sign-On (SSO) applications are configured or the application is invalid, users will encounter the following warning message when attempting to utilize the SSO feature.
