System maintenance allows system administrators to know the current health of the system, execute some maintenance instructions through the Web based CLI, and set data backup rules.



Logs

Logs is a place to visualize the current system health, where you can view the system's operation log and login logs

Access Logs

This log reflects the access status of each tenant from the system level.

Audit Logs

This log counts the operation log of the system administrator, through which the system administrator can clearly know what operations have been done before.

Server Logs

This is the centralized location for system log management, where you can download, view, and delete various types of system logs, facilitating the administrator's ability to diagnose and resolve issues.

Through Rule Setting, you can configure the log level and the automatic log cleaning policy.

Schedule Jobs

Schedule Jobs is a tool that displays the real-time status of system services. It allows real-time monitoring of the status of all services within the system. The purpose is to provide administrators with a window to check for any anomalies in the current system services. This ensures that any issues can be identified and addressed promptly.

Port Mapping

For on-premise deployment,the default ports used by some CX are already occupied by other enterprise applications. In this case, you need to map the access ports of the internal and external network so that the CX service can be accessed correctly.

CLI

This is a web based CLI tools, It allows system administrators to perform quick maintenance and diagnostic operations. You can input commands here to view or control your system.
