Offline message that is left by visitors when the status of chat button is offline.
Step by Step Instructions
（1）Log in to your Cloudfon CX control panel.
（2）From the left navigation menu, go to Omni Widget > History > Offline message.
（3）Set the filter conditions to get your messages.
（4）Click the Details icon to view the message.
