Installing Omni Widget on your website is the first step to get Live Chat Omni Widget up on your website. To start, you’ll need to get the code from your Cloudfon CX account the system and then paste the code right before the closing in your website’s HTML files.

You can use our default code plan or have a custom one according to your needs.

How to install your code

  1. Log in to your Cloudfon CX control panel.

  2. In the left navigation bar, go to Live Chat Go to your system CloudCX installation domain, and log in with the admin account.

  3. From the left navigation menu, go to Omni Widget > My Widget. Select a Chat Plan Widget from the My Widget drop-down list.

  1. Go to Click Install Code.

If you have multiple campaigns, you should choose the right one from the Campaign drop-down list.
By default, the Installation page containing the code to install the Live Chat appears.

  1. Copy the installation code and paste it onto your website.

  1. Click Copy to copy the code and paste the code into your website code before the closing </body> tag.

If you are not familiar with coding or do not have access to your website's source code, please email the widget code to your webmaster or the one who built your site for help.
