Step-by-Step Instructions
（1）Log in to Cloudfon CX CloudCX Control Panel.
（2）From the left navigation menu, go to Global Settings > Company.
（3）Click Custom SMTP Servers.
（3）Click Mail Server.

You need set a mail account to send out notifications, invites and welcome emails.
（4）Select Customer SMTP server

, or you also can select Gmail or Microsoft 365.

（5）Input Mail Server, Port, mail reply address, your email or uesrname username and Port.
（6）Click Test, test if successedsuccesses.
（7）Click Save.
