You can view and search all the chat's history, offline messages, and missed & refused messages, also you can query for all chats of a particular contact in your account. There are two ways you can view the contact history of a web visitor: viewing the contact history in Agent Console and viewing the contact history in the Control Panel.Here is the guide to introduce viewing the contact history in the Control Panel.
