Create an Omni Widget
The system allows you to create and deploy multiple widgets. This enables you to offer personalized support to your customers. With multiple widgets, customers can have unique experiences on different pages, tailored to their needs at the time.
Go to your CloudCX system
CloudCX installation domain
, and log in with the admin account.From the left navigation menu, go to Omni Widget > My Widget, and then click Default Widget.

Click “Manage” Manage button.

If you want to create your own Omnichannel Widget:
a. Click”Add”.

In the My Widget page, click + button.

In the Add Widget page, fill in the widget name and description, then click Save.

If you want to edit Omnichannel Widget:
a. Click”Edit” icon.
b. Fill in Widget Name and Description, then click Save.

Click “delete” icon, you can delete this Widget.

Now, you create the new widget successfully, you can install and customize the new widget.
