Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is a security protocol that requires two distinct authentication factors to confirm your identity. This measure safeguards your CloudCX account against unauthorized entry by introducing an additional security layer beyond the initial authentication. While not mandatory for all platforms, CloudCX recommends implementing 2FA to bolster your account's security. By employing advanced security measures such as 2FA, you can safeguard your customers' sensitive data from unauthorized access and potential cyber threats. |
