Log in to the Cloudfon CX Panel.
In the left navigation bar, go to Live Chat Omnichannel Widget > My Widget. Select a Chat Plan Widget from the My Widget drop-down list,
Go to Web-chat.
Go to the Agent Wrap-Up tab.
