In CloudFon CX, you can create and edit Omnichannel Widget.

Step by Step Instructions

  1. Log in your CloudFon Contact Center.

  2. In the left navigation bar, go to Omnichannel Widget > My Widget, and then click Default Widget.

  1. Click “Manage”

  1. If you want to create your own Omnichannel Widget:

a. Click”Add”.

b. Fill in your Widget Name and Description, and then click Save.

  1. If you want to edit Omnichannel Widget:

a. Click”Edit” icon.

b. Fill in Widget Name and Description, then click Save.

  1. Click “delete” icon, you can delete this Widget.
