This guide is designed to help you learn what to install to get Cloudfon CX Live Chat running on your website.
Installing Cloudfon Contact Center Live Chat on your website is the first step to get Live Chat up on your website. To start, you’ll need to get the code from your Cloudfon CX account and then paste the code right before the closing in your website’s HTML files.
You can use our default code plan or have a custom one according to your needs.
How to install your code
Log in to your Cloudfon CX control panel.
In the left navigation bar, go to Live Chat >My Widget. Select a Chat Plan from the My Widget drop-down list

Go to Install Code.

If you have multiple campaigns, you should choose the right one from the Campaign drop-down list.
By default, the Installation page containing the code to install the Live Chat appears.
Copy the installation code and paste it onto your website.

Or you can click email your code to your webmaster to send the code to your mail.
Click Live Preview button, you can view Preview.
