Step by Step Instructions
（1）Log in your CloudCX.
（2）In the left navigation bar
Go to your CloudCX system
CloudCX installation domain, and log in with the admin account.From the left navigation menu, go to Omni Widget > My Widget, and then click Default Widget.

（4）If you want to create your own Omnichannel Widget, click”Add”, and then fill in your Widget Name and Description.

（5）If you want to edit Omnichannel Widget: click”Edit” icon, and then fill in Widget Name and Description.

（6）Click “delete” icon, you can delete this Widget.

In the My Widget page, click + button.

In the Add Widget page, fill in the widget name and description, then click Save.
