The Block Senders feature helps you block unsolicited messages from certain email addresses or domains and move them to the Ticket Junk folder or reject them.

Note

The Blocked Sender feature works for new tickets only. The feature does not block sender for tickets that were created prior to blocking the sender's contact identity.  

Step by Step Instructions

(1)Log in to your Cloudfon CX Control Console.

(2)In the left navigation bar, go to Inbox.

(3)In the Settings drop-down menu, go to Blocked Senders, and click Add.

(4)Enter block Email or Domain, select Block Level

  • Mark future messages as Junk option moves all future emails to the Junk folder. 

  • Reject all future messages means all the future emails will not be created as a ticket in the system.
